Shiva-Shakti
This song
came during a retreat with Vartman & Susanna in September 2000.
All the men spent 16 hours in absolute darkness with a bowl
of fruit and nuts and a string leading to the toilet. No physical
contact and earplugs in the ears… Soon I was engulfed in a swirling
ocean of endless music. Ravished by wave after wave of the most
sublime melodies and harmonies, tears were streaming down my
face and the body was panting and swaying. With a pathetic little
thimble, I managed to scoop out the following and then repeated
it to myself over and over so it would stick till I could write
it down….
The song
on the CD is from Open Heart Choir's debute concert 11 feb 2001
in Sofia church. Choir leaders: Carolina Jareno, Magnus Holmén
och Elin Berggren.
